Material properties

Good stress cracking resistance: It has excellent stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and can withstand large stress without cracking, which allows it to maintain good stability during long-term use, even if it is affected by external pressure, temperature changes and other factors, and reduce the occurrence of failures such as pipeline rupture.

Excellent long-term hydrostatic strength: It has very good long-term hydrostatic strength, can maintain the integrity and stability of the structure under long-term pressure, and is suitable for various pressure pipeline systems.

Certain mechanical properties: The tensile yield strength is 23MPa, the tensile modulus is 900MPa, it has high rigidity and hardness, and can withstand certain external forces and weight. At the same time, its simply supported beam notch impact strength at 23℃ is 26kJ/m², and at -30℃ is 13kJ/m², showing good toughness and certain impact resistance at different temperatures.

Other properties: The melt flow rate is 0.23g/10min at 190℃ and 5kg load, and 6.2g/10min at 190℃ and 21.6kg load. It has good processing performance and is easy to be formed by extrusion and other processes. The density is 0.959g/cm³, the carbon black content is 2.25%, and it has good weather resistance and UV resistance. It can resist the influence of sunlight and climate change and extend the service life. In addition, the Vicat softening point of the material is 74℃, which can maintain good performance within a certain temperature range, and the oxygen induction time (210℃) is greater than 20min, which has good thermal stability.
